TERMS OF USE

When you order from Scrubbys.eu (Bundle Group AB, organization number: 559432-9731), you accept all the purchase and delivery terms specified below. Cookies are used to improve our service. By using this website, you agree to the use of cookies.

1. Purchase
A purchase is considered completed when you, as the customer, have received an order confirmation via email. We immediately send an order confirmation to your email after your order has been received. Please check that the address details are correct when you receive your order confirmation and ensure that your last name is indicated on your door/mailbox. To shop at Scrubby, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. Remember to save your order confirmation as your receipt for the purchase, provided that the payment is completed.

2. Payment
We offer several payment options through our partners, including card payment and direct bank payment.

3. Delivery
We process your order within 1-3 working days after receiving payment. Delivery of your goods then takes place within 5-10 working days with tracking information. Please note that delivery times can be affected by holidays and public holidays. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the products you have ordered. We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible, and you can always track your order. You can track your package via "Track Order" on our website. If you do not pick up your package in time, it will be returned to us and a fee of 20 euro for an unclaimed package will be charged.

4. Right of Withdrawal/Open Purchase
You always have the right to cancel your purchase and return the goods within 30 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in new condition and in original packaging with any tags and labels intact. The item and packaging must be well protected during transport. If the item/packaging is not in new condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or make a deduction for depreciation. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping. Digital products are not covered by the right of withdrawal. When returning parts of an order where a discount code has been used, we may need to adjust the price of the remaining goods to the regular price.

5. Reservations
Scrubby reserves the right to change prices due to major price changes from suppliers, printing errors, or other errors beyond our control. See more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.

6. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen events beyond Scrubby's control (such as war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, or other comparable events) that prevent Scrubby from fulfilling its contractual obligations to you as a customer, Scrubby is exempt from liability for not being able to fulfill the agreement due to these circumstances.

7. Transport Risk
We send your order with a shipping company adapted to the destination. If your package is lost or damaged during transport, Scrubby is responsible for this. In the event of a return, you and the shipping company are responsible for the risk. If the return does not reach us, you must pay for your order. We recommend that returns be sent with traceable shipping. You should provide the tracking number to us upon request.

8. Damaged Goods
Check the package upon receipt. If the packaging or contents are damaged, notify us as soon as possible, but no later than within a week of receipt.

9. Personal Data
We follow the GDPR. By registering and ordering, you agree that we store and use your data in accordance with GDPR. You have the right to access and request correction or deletion of your data.

10. Customer Service

11. Complaints
If you receive a defective item, you can complain about it to us. We will replace it with a new, faultless item. Pay the invoice on time to avoid extra costs in case of a complaint. The processing time for complaints is normally 10-15 working days but may vary.

12. Canceling an Order
It is not possible to cancel an order after confirmation. However, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal/open purchase.

13. International Purchases
As we sell to many parts of the world and our central warehouse is located abroad, you, as a customer, are responsible for any VAT, customs fees, and other import charges that may apply. These charges are determined by the customs authority in your country. We recommend that you contact your local customs authorities for detailed information on these costs. Please note that these charges are not predictable on our side and are not included in the product's price.

14. Distance Contracts and Contracts
Scrubby follows the law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises. We protect your privacy and comply with all applicable laws and regulations for personal data protection.
